Originally from Lima, Peru, I was raised in the vibrant city and discovered my passion for surfing at the age of 11. Being bilingual in English and Spanish and in pursuit of broader horizons, I made the life-changing move to the United States.
My journey across the States included living in various cities such as Miami, Ft. Lauderdale, Los Angeles, and New York City. I embarked on my academic journey at Fordham University and later transferred to FAU in Boca Raton, FL, where I graduated with a Bachelor of Science majoring in Finance. Seeking new adventures, I made my way to St. Augustine Beach, FL, and transitioned into the real estate industry in 2007.
My extensive travels within Florida ultimately led me to focus on the luxury real estate market in South Florida, and I settled in Ft. Lauderdale. However, the call of family and the allure of my beloved surfing spot at Crescent Beach drew me back to Jacksonville, where I currently reside. This allows me to be close to both my family and the ocean waves that define my cherished beach life in Florida.
